Input the Username and Password provided to you by the ULB and click on 'Log in' to access and use the system.

New Self-Assessment Login
Go to the Property Owner section and select the 'New Self-Assessment' from there.

You will receive and OTP on your phone, which you need to input in the OTP textbox after which you can click on Log in and open the form to fill your Self-Assessment
Login with Property ID and Password
Go to the Property Owner section and select the 'Login with Property ID and Password' from there.
